We accept no liability for wrong date, wrong flight number, date and time provided by the booking person.
If you decide not to pay with Paypal/Credit Card upon online booking, payments are made in cash to the driver on arrival. If your transfer is return, please pay the total amount on arrival at the hotel/resort, the lead booking name is responsible for the final payment.
Carry your itinerary with you all the times when traveling. It must be provided to your driver on arrival at faro airport.
Cancelations are permitted without cost 24 hours before arrival, and must be informed by phone or email. After that time will be charged 100% of the total paid.
Changes on booking must be made 12hrs prior to your arrival. No show at Faro airport without prior notification will be charged 100% of the total paid.
Taxi4you Transfers can cancel the booking untill 12hrs before if for some reason is unable to do the service. We will use our reasonable endeavors to arrange an alternative but it may not be possible. Where we notify You of cancellation of the Booking. If the service is already paid the client will be refunded of the amount paid.
Reservation under 24h00 may be increased in price up to 30%.
We will carry 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage per client. Any extra baggage (Golf clubs, surf boards, bicycles) must be disclosed on booking. We cannot be responsible to carry any extra luggage not declared.
If you are traveling with any animals you have to inform in the reservation remarks the type of animal and the measures of the box.
The transport of animals is subject to confirmation by the transfer company and has a supplement of 10.00 € per pet.
In case of confirmation the animal can only travel inside the box.
Taxi4you Transfers reserves the right to refuse to transport clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs or considered to be a risk to our drivers.
Smoking is not permitted inside vehicles. Consumption of food and beverages (except water) is also not permitted.
We will endeavor to arrive for collection at Faro airport on time and collect you on your return to Faro Airport at the pre arranged time; however we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (Traffic delays, weather conditions compliance with police stops etc...) We will however contact you when possible in case of such event occurres.
We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. Your property is entirely your responsibility.
Should we fail to reach your desired destination due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide alternative transfer at no extra charge.
We reserve the right to decline to transport your group due to health and safety specifications should you not advise you require booster or baby seats prior to travelling.
We might ask clients to give us a margin of 20 minutes should we not arrive at the pick up at the time pre arranged. This will give us adequate time to deal with unforeseen situations which may happen. (We will contact client in case it is necessary).
We reserve the right to depart your accommodation 15 minutes after the pre arranged pick up time should a member of your group does not advise our driver of delay.
We will wait approx 1 hour after your landing time in Faro. Should there be a problem with luggage, provided you advise us by sending 1 member of your party to find us in arrivals we will be happy to wait for you until the problem is resolved. If you are travelling alone please call the number provided on your Voucher.
